The first 4 photos look like the waste rock piles of Sluice Operations we have here.
Not enough water for a Floating Dredge around here.
Down along the bottom of them you find the odd nuggy or two.
In one place they was right on the source.
Quartz Monzonite. Quartz Iron Stained with Granite inclusions.
You can pick up chunks of it that the detector just barely notices but contains cool powder Gold crystal within.
You may have something to play with there.
The last photo does look like a small Floating dredge may have been through.
Just my Opinion, (EVERYONE HAS ONE) I would walk the bottom edges and scope it out.
If you start finding gold in any Conglomerate or Host Rock, climb the pile and do the same.
Those boys were getting $16-20 a oz and let a lot of small stuff go over the side.
Over the years weather and time has put most of the gold from the top of those piles , down in the pile or bottom.
I'm betting your going to find a bit.
