Where are the millions of Bitcoins which were lost last year hiding?

Is there a virtual detector to search the internet with?

If you find them, what would you spend them on?

All ideas welcome.

The Bit Coin takes the fiat currency thing to a new level.   Some day ONE person is going to Cash in and hit the road leaving everyone else holding a Empty Poke.

I think I get what you mean Homefire. Like the stock market Bitcoin is in a bubble, and the moment enough big hoarders try to sell off their Bitcoins and Ether etc, the supply will outstrip demand. At the moment only a small percentage of the 16 or so million Bitcoin is in trade, so its currency value is unpredictable. Who will blink first, and would it be a good idea to wait until it sinks back to penny value, and buy it then? Or would the game be up?

Indeed, all cryptos are a puff of hope on a pipe dream. Bitcoin was on a big slide today, catch the pennies in a bucket at the bottom, if you can.

I suspect the big-time hoarders are playing piggy in the middle, desperately trying to keep Bitcoin price artificially high, ping pong ping pong, until more new suckers, or 'Greater Fools' join the game with new dosh. One big hoarder may break ranks soon, as Homefire suggested at the beginning.
