Hello,

I saw this device on public demonstration. Several sciences from Geophysics Institute in Russia has patented new technology of EM conductivity meter. Nemfis collect data from 14 frequencies by three coil system (fours coil for measuring primary field). The geometry of this system and frequency diapason give information about spreading of apparent conductivity (or single components of the signal) on the cuts and on the maps.

I already know the developers of this scanner and can ask any question about it.
They start to sell it only at June and I know that someone from Italy, Mongolia and India has work with this scanner.

Sincerely

There's a video to download there. I'm downloading it now. Big. 107 Mbytes.

I do find it odd, however, that two new members from virtually the same region would arrive here to discuss this item. Could it be a bit of self promotion? Time will tell.

I had a look at the video. Looks as if it takes a long time to scan even a small area but the results are incredibly detailed. Clearly, to use this device you have to be able to narrow down your search to a very small area and with a target no deeper than 10 meters. They buried an iron meteor and an empty plastic box. It found both with really good clarity. The movie is quite large but worth the download if you are considering one of these. I didn't investigate the prices because I won't be buying one. Perhaps someone else can come up with a figure on that.

To scan big areas - they used work-type "GPS track" in timer mode. For detailed information (without frequency shifting) it is need to make regular net (work-type map) and scan with step 0,5-2 m.
I don't know the person who make this topic but I'm exactly promote this device because I have seen it and because it was made in Russia  Wink. On next week I will test this device so it's easy for me to check any information.

This is not MD - it is EM conductivity meter.

Thank you guys

Charovrat, I'm interested in this device and want to know how this work in reality not for promotion or advertise.

I know it's EM meter, it's features and claims.

Try it and tell us.

Regards
