Funny how something so Simple can last so long.  I have sharpened my once.  Rat Tail file and done.  My bet is mine has opened more then 1000 cans or other uses.  Yea, they work for a Screw Driver some times.

Yea, they work for a Screw Driver some times.

Used mine to drive more than a few screws (bits using a dime or a quarter).   I've used that tool for a lot of purposes including slicing through heavy plastic wrapping when I couldn't find my knife.

I also enjoyed c-rats over mres. We had to call our P-38's Bobby Mitchums instead of John Waynes in boot camp.

Yea, the Pea nut butter and crackers in the can was a Bomb.  Still find them once in a while at the surplus stores and there  just as good as the day they was made.  60 years later.  I could live on MRE's if you Mix them.   Nothing Wrong with them.

Got a Kick out of the Mini Bottle of Tabasco sauce

We could trade them like Cigarettes.  Not enough sauce for me but had some taste.  Being a desert boy it tasted good.
