Go Up Go Down

Went to the local flea market today to buy some extra fleas and stuff. Saw a Bounty Hunter for sale and asked how much. He said, "$15.00." So, I asked him if it worked. He said it did and immediately said, "How about $10.00." I gave him the money before he cheated himself out of any more weekend income and I turned it on. He said, "It doesn't work very well but it does work." After I showed him how to get it working optimally, he shook his head and said, "I should have asked you that first. Can I buy it back?"

I smiled as I walked away. I was tempted to give it back to him but he told me now that he knew it was working well, he wanted to raise the price.

I'll try it out in the morning after I plant the 5 holly bushes I bought there. Living fence, as it were.

It's all about that moment when metal that hasn't seen the light of day for generations frees itself from the soil and presents itself to me.

LOL!      Love it when that stuff happens.

I got a Radio Shack detector for free.   Guy did not know you had to press the Button to tune it.

Kid Used it for a year and found goodies with it.

My man cave is starting to look like a metal detector shop from the 1970s. Can't bring myself to part with any of them.

Wow GD that was an incredible bargain for a BH. Those BHs are like the old Chevys, their engines never die!  Wink
