I'm always interested in topics about geology, the rock this man is showing seams basalt (black heavy) .. so i don't want disrespect anyone but I have to point out that in other area the "heaviest" material can be of other nature/color.
Just for clarify what i'm talking about, in the north of Italy black sand is ... well "red sand" due to the large amount of corundum and garnets.
