Well, I guess I'm frist & maybe last to post on this thread?? Went to where a house was torn down and found Homies van, than hit the ball diamonds and found a couple little pocket spill's 36 cents in one a few penny's in the other. I find it ironic that I found a cookie frosting thing-a-ma-jig with a x-mas tree on it this time of year. Sure I dug lot more, but this is what I kept. Could of hunted another 30 minutes had the city cop not stopped me and started B S' ing.

I had a hunch the key went to old roller skates. Remember the one's you could attach to almost any of your shoe's. The key fit's.  Found the old skate awhile back...

Hi guys!  I didn't read this until this morning (the 8th).  Don't know if I would have made it out if I had read it yesterday...  it was just one of those blah, cold uncomfortable days...  and my body doesn't like cold anymore!    Wise

I will be looking at going out tomorrow early afternoon. Supposed to be 78°. Wow, a heat wave after all that cold damp weather that swept in from Kollyfornya. Hopefully the ground softens up.

A bad day at gold prospecting or metal detecting is better than a good day at work.

Yes, yes and yes. The ground has been pretty bone dry from lack of rain, and nights have been pretty cool for AZ. We got some rain last week but not enough to do much. Parks don't usually water the lawns very much in winter as the grass is dormant, so ground is hard. We had quite a few days last week that were overcast so weather was pretty cool. Usually happens right after Thanksgiving. But tomorrow it's going to be warm again. Hooray.
