Hi there.
As a South African and as a newbie in the field of metal detecting, i feel it only right to introduce myself.
Im an ex- bodyguard cum chauffeur who now works on a pvt basis, so my spare time is very soon going to be
increasing. I just need to - get away, you know? leave the city and go into the field a bit.
And this seems to be the way to go. (metal detecting)
i am in the process of purchasing a Teknetic G2 metal detector for the simple reason that it is one step above
entry level (im not that dumb) and because it reviews as a damn good detector not only for gold nuggets but also
for beach hunting. (its also a one stone for two birds thing)
my question/s is very simple: are any of you out there professional with the Teknetic G2 that can give me pointers
and general advice on what or what not to do either a/ with the detector and b/ in the field/beach etc.
