Hello to the whole group, this is my first post to this interesting group.

I am started to build proton magnetometer using James Koehler´s extremely useful article as a guidance. Until now I made a PIC based dataloger and now working on polarization circuit and toroid coils. Can you please help me with the advice. I cannot find one continuous wire, long enough to wind the entire toroidal coil. Is it possible to connect more shorter wires in to one longer?
Maybe such extended wire could introduce too much noise in the signal?

Best Regards,
Hrvoje
