I have found out that it's important to use the Heinz brand vinegar since I have been using the generic brand and it seems as though it is taking longer to clean them and there is a dull finish on the coins.
If I have a dull finish on the coins I tumble them again with gravel and dishwashing detergent for about a couple of hours.
I rub the coins with paper towels to take the dull finish off of them.

That's like what my coins look like when I tumble them.
I use a Thumbler's tumbler with a dual drum system.
I just roll them up and turn them in to a convenience store.
