No Problems here either. I had a defect on a detector that I bought from them. I called them immediatly and they sent me out a return UPS tag VIA e-mail right away. They even let me change the order on the return with no restocking fee. The exchange from the time I first called them to the time I recieve my new exchanged detector was about a week. I say that is fast service. I am happy with KellyCo

Glad to hear most of you are having good experiences with Kellyco. For those of you that don't, please let me know and I will take care of the problems.

I just joined as a member on thunting but have been on here for a couple of years watching the goings on.

I am management at Kellyco and want you to know that I am on all of the metal detecting forums daily so if you ever need anything, just send me a message. KellycoChick is also, as said in previous posts, a great help to our customers.

How come--when I scanned a tomb. A tomb I was able to look into with a camera and see inside it. My question is- why did I not get the same results twice with my OKM 4000?

Dan,

Its a positive sign to see all the good posts regading your company and that one of its executives is actively involved in monitoring their companies market. Good customer service is already a priority to me. This series of posts caught my attention since as a new member here I had just cliked on your sight last night. I was amazed and plerplexed at the amount and range of cost of equipment. As a result o this posting I look forward to working with your company to purchase my first detector...although, s much as I'd like too, I doubt it will be the $23k do it al model!
