Some folks here know I am pretty old but for the record, I was only a child during the Revolutionary war! OK, just kidding.

I honor and celebrate those heroic men and women who gave birth to our new nation and who have continued to provide us all freedom in the generations that have come since. Courage is a hard choice but some make it seem easy. I can say that being retired military because I have seen courage first hand.

May God bless all who gave us this precious gift of freedom and may He also bless and protect those who preserve it for us today and yesterday.

GOD BLESS AMERICA!

Happy Independence Day to all of my treasure hunting friends here!
