Go back today and see what them 300 people lost. Hope it's not just beer bottle caps. Wink

Dusty Carl

When I have a slow day at the park, I go home and check my own yard to see what I  have lost. Grin

A bad day at gold prospecting or metal detecting is better than a good day at work.

All I ever find is Nuts and Bolts I was missing the last time I worked on the Van or .22 shills from the last Coyote invasion.

Or the tools my kid left in the sand when he worked on the bike?

Go Up Go Down

I was 13 before I tasted my first pizza. It was called “pizza pie.”

When I bit into it, I burned the roof of my mouth and the cheese slid off, swung down, plastered itself against my chin and burned that, too.

It’s still the best pizza I ever had.

Remember those days?

Sure do Homie. My older brothers wouldn't let me go into the pizza parlor with them until I was  15 and not then unless I had my own money. I tasted my first piece then. Never had pepperoni  before. I took 1 bite and had to wash it down with 2 glasses of soda before my eyes stopped watering and I  could speak again. Best pizza I ever had. Was hooked for life.

That was from a Facebook meme i saw this morning. Still funny. It came with more than 30 of these kinds of reminiscences on a slide show.

What amazes me is how the pizza can be delivered stone cold but the cheese is still hot enough to kill you.

Still, I do love my pizza.
