yep we could paint it like that, lol. I bought a small powder coating system from sears. used it quite a bit in the beginning but for the best results I had to sandblast everthing and like paint...the dust got to me.

smear vaseline around your nose before wearing ur mask it helps to capture fine particles etc. and makes paint smears from masks etc easier to clean.

Hey guys remember when the custom vans had the water beds in the back etc.
during the 70's it was the biggest craze to have that. all it really was more or less a air mattress filled with water.
well it was a thicker material but same principal.

{alt}

this is how I imagine the inside of Homies Van

No! I wish it was .   Just look at it.  That thing is in Some Kinda Good shape.  The windows are sparkeling too.

I'd love a van like that.  WV, Clean, SOOOOOOOO easy to work on.

[/quote]   Well....thats pretty much how I learned. Listening and watching the experts. Working in dealerships most of my teenage years watching the body men repair cars, I'd go in on weekends to use the body shop. That 53 chevy of my fathers, the frist car I ever painted and still have it here today. this is me sitting on the fender.
