I found that Real Corned Beef Not the Hash Crap is as cheap as bacon.  Just gotta Slice it your self.  Waaaa that takes 2 minutes.

What they sell for bacon here is what we use to call Salt Pork.   All fat with a tinny strip of meat in it.  LOL!

Piss on that.   I've smoked more then a few home made ham's ...  Bacon is the same soaked in some Brine of Potasium Nitrate.   Oooop!  That's hard ta get because you can make things go Boom with it.

Did you know Grants Stump Remover is 99% Potasium Nitrate?   Howwwwww About That?

Three table spoons of it in cold water.

Soak the Pork / Beef in the brine for 24 hours.  It draws the water out of the meat.  Helps it dry.

You can hang dry it, Smoke it,  Salt dry it what ever you like.

Did a hole Deer, Hog and 1/4 beef one time.   You should try it.  LOL!

The bacon they sell here now days sucks!   For this much fat------------------------------------------------------------------------you get this much meat---------

They think there fooling people.  Ha!   I've had real BACON before.

Homie u should find a local butcher shop ! we have a farm down the road that sells beefalo meat and pork etc,
nothing is better than straight from the farm. they process everything right there at the farm.
we get our eggs fresh from the neighbors also.

We lost our butcher shop when Wal mart came.

I loved that place, You could get what ever you wanted the next day.

1/2 side of beef!  No Problems.

WHole Hog, two days.

3inch Pork Chops, same day.

Go ask Wal Mart for that shit. Cool

Man I Hear ya, Wal mart puts a lot of little people out of business then hires them for half of what they use to make.

around here they would only let wal mart build two stores and put a nix to the others they wanted to build.

and I think that is a good thing cause it allows some of the mom & pop stores to stay in business.
