Wow Jim...that was a mouthfull and all so true.  Karl i pay 20 bucks per vehicle ever 3 months times 10 times 4 = 800.00 a year for 10 vehicles. Granted that just liability but that all I want. Haven't had a wreck ever (knock on wood) so why pay um for full coverage. I can fix my own if ever I had to.

Everbody collects something. Maybe I better start getting some bullets but I really rather be gone when all hell breaks loose...

Cache we all hope to be out of harms way , if and when it happens, it's just nice to know whether it's from a Nat disaster or from a man made one that you can protect your self and your loved ones and your possesions. which is why it's nice to have solar chargers and a generator and well and pond and places to hunt if u need them.  U just never know what disaster is going to happen next , that's another reason for having the camper , u can always pack up and bug out if need be.

Not saying anything is going to happen , but it's nice to know u have the assets available if needed.
same reason the fed govt and each state keeps a cold storage system , full of food , generators and misc equipment and med supplies.
if you ever need it , it's sure nice to have it.

I fully understand Karl. Kansas citys the place for me, for when I was railroading we stocked the caves everday with frozen foods. I never in my life seen so much. Miles of tracks underground with loading docks at at each 1/4 mile. I'll never forget... My friends and i talk alot about how things usedd to be when candy was a penny, gas attendents carried wades of money in there shirt pocket etc...We ask ourselfs...what will our grandkids say it was like when they where little hence what will it be like when there our age??? Gotta go...cought that damn mouse behind the couch FINALLY!!!!! yes!!!!Man those glue traps are great!!!Got him.lolol  Grin Grin Grin threw it outside and the dog got his nose stuck.  Had to go help her than. Farmers planting all around the house today. Made for a real dust storm with the wind blowing. Fields getting plowed and planted always chases them critters in here....Price ya pay living outside the city...

lol, thanks Cache & Karl-

I guess I wrote that in haste & didn't even run the spell checker!

I went back to actually erase it, but since I logged out it can't be revised after you sign back in. I was going to remove half of it since I was just ticked off thinking about it all, and couldn't believe how much there soaking John for on truck insurance.

Cheers guys,
Jim
