I've been thinking about converting my truck to propane? 1.89 but the cost to convert is a couple thousand. Not sure I'll keep this truck long enough to to pay for itself?

Are you in the States or in Australia mate?

Darn, that would really wipe my wallet & savings out quick if I were running a Ford F250...

Weepers  Cry
I don't know when this is going to end, but here in the USA granted we have been paying less for fuel through the years compared to the UK and the rest of the EU, but this just puts the dampers on the economy & peoples spending here in the USA, and I don't think people will start shopping & buying like they used to, until Gasoline prices get rolled back to where they can afford things.

Pre 9/11, I paid about $1.18 per gallon unleaded gasoline in South Carolina coming back home from Florida. Since then it's been climbing and really theres no way they can say it's over China's economy expanding. (I won't rest or feel better, until the prices are rolled back to about $1.49 per US gallon.)  Pray

Somehow though, I don't think the crooks are ever going to bring prices back down to where they were...

Have your selves a great weekend guys-
Jimmy

I'm thinking it does fairly well on economy, or Miles Per Litre.

Wow, so you had the King Of heavy duty trucks, the F350 dually is some vehicle, a beauty that can pull & tow just about anything with Torque to spare...Nice Truck, but I'd hate to have to fill that tank or twin tanks as some of them have. lol. Pray

I have a mate that I know from my (Divers watch forum) that works at a nice Nissan dealership there in the UK. He always tells me, C-mon over & visit England Jim and that he would put me up for awhile for my visit. (One of these days, I'd love to come over to the UK, Metal Detecting seems to be more rewarding there IMO, it's laden with much more early relics and coinage than here in the USA naturally.)

Oz, well I'd love to visit there too one day!
I seem to get along with the Aussies & English well, and I know there is a great deal to enjoy there on a nice visit. (I'll have to keep thinking & wishing for my trip across the pond one day)  Great

Thanks RR, I enjoyed the chat mate-
Jim

Homie, I'm sorry to hear that, when my detecting buddy nagged me for a week to go to this special place
to try out my new machine and i found those three lots of gold, even though he was'nt with me, I still split it 50/50
he did'nt ask i just did it, It seemed the right thing to do and I'd do it again
