My father is anything but Native American. 1/2 Dutch, 1/2 Swede.
When 17 he gave me a Key Ring Made by a Navajo Named Bernard Haparape'...
Marked on the back with a traditional Bear Claw. Bearnard's Signature.
It is a solid Silver Tapered disk with a S.S. Loop for the Keys. A Wolf impressed (Stamped) on it.
It weighs about as much as a 50 cent peace.
To this day I have and Use it. Never Lost , Never beyond Reach, Never out of my Pants Pocket. Military, During times of Most Distress, It was always there. When I was Shitting my pants scared all I had to do was pull it out and look at the Wolf. Is that weird or what?
It's been around the World more the I can Remember and still with me.
My Mother was God Bless her soul, 1/4th Senica.
To this day I beilive that Wolf on the Key Ring has saved my Arss more then a few times.
I have Four Dogs. Never bought or seeked out a dog.
One is Part Coyote and God Knows what. Two months ago someone bigger then him jacked him up most well. He Is now a Three Legged Dog. Mother in Law Dropped him off here. He Showed up at her place and Barked to much. She is 1/2 Unknown Native from Florida.
Yesterday he caught a Cotton tail Rabbet like he did in four wheel drive.
He's never given up.
Dog Two is a mixed Bread. Looks Lab/Mix She Just walked up to the house and never left. About a year ago.
Basic Pain it the Buttocks. No special Traits. Keeps the Feet warm on the Cold days.
Dog Tree is Rot/Shepard mix. Major Big (60lb) sissy.
Mommas Dog. He was a Road Kill rescue. Skinny looked nothing like a Rot all Legs kinda thing. Had him 2 years now.
Head like a Small Mellon now.
DO NOT MESS WITH WANDA! He WILL EAT YA!
Dog Four is the neighbors dog. They live about 2 tenth of a mile away. She showed up start of winter. Eats, Goes home, Stays the Night if Real Cold. Seems she stays more then goes home now.
Pure Bread Shepard about 2 years old and starting to Play Guard Dog on the properties.
Sorta small she's only about 60-70lbs.
Just another Wierd Thing in Life.
Some things just can't be Expained.
Better not to ask some times.
