morning guys !   Homie glad you dad is ok . i had a experience like that last year only i was struck by a car while pulling a lawn sweeper totaled both  police said it was my falt  they said i pulled out in front of her   but i was there running down the edge of the yard she just flew up behind me and hit me the police report said they cited me they never gave me nothing  it got in the papers and you know how your buddys  are so i took s---t  for a while then her dang insurance company sued me  . it boils down to me getting rearended on the edge of a yard  in a city residential neiborhood  popped both her air bags  and every bone in my body  cut my back through a carhart jacket . i have no hard feelings for the girl drivin but she has a brake peddle and a steering wheel too folks  anyway just lucky to be alive and have all my pieces and parts though my hips and lower back bother me can't sit still or get comfy . i had the feeling when the cops showed up & they new the girl  i was screwed i was right  i found out the connection when i took my court summons to see my lawyer  . he said i cant take this her dad is my preacher  so i was screwed again   but her insurance and the homeowners insurance settled it  . so what have i learned  i will share so you guys can learn from my mistakes   ..... 1.  never give a statement untill your eyes have quit twitching and you no longer see birdies flying around 2. if that lawnmower would have had a seat belt and i had it on  i would be under ground right now . if you don't think your hurt to bad have someone drive you to hospital  $7000 dollar  ride  less than 3 miles not including scans & x rays . To Hell.. with the police in that stinkin town wonder how many innocent guys they locked up ?  and hug your family and be a freind to your friends cause it can all be gone in a flash ya'll and those folks are really whats important ...

Hey Guys - Had the man out today with the backhoe to dig out behind the garage, Now i need to go get the pipe with the sleeve on it and 3/4 gravel !! Woo Hoo soon to have a Dry Garage !!

JOHN - Where ya been all day bud ??  and Your right , but it was a last min thing he was across the street doing work for someone else so i asked him if he could dig that out for me while he was here , and a $100 later i got a 50' ditch !!    yes i do love it !! cause it will keep the garage from getting Wet!!
