No water bed here ,   everyone is ok had about 2 inches of water in the garage, in the 6yrs we have owned this house this is the third time its done this and only when we have huge amounts of rain in a short time, nothing damaged, I did have the wifes car still in the garage cause the idiot who tinted the windows didnt get here till 8pm last night and didnt get done till 10:30 so i just left it in there, had to get it and all the toys our to run the shop vacs and squeege out the floor  and Now it's raining again !!  

the Garage is Free standing and not attached to the house. 24'x48'enclosed with an additional
24' carport in the front.

we live on the side of a hill and its just cause of the way the water runs down the hill that it floods the garage when its real heavy rains , the idiot who built it should have been shot! but right now i just dont have the funds to tear it down and move it. and no it was here when we bought the place.
