Amen brother.  Now where is that elusive aluminum Christmas Tree.  Grin

Posted on: December 14, 2015, 12:30:46 pm
Well now I know what to do with all those cans. LOL

Anyone remember having the original aluminum tree?

Speaking of aluminum tree's...this is one, my parents had, that we put up this year. It has to be 50 years old or so...These things are running big bucks on Ebay...  While I'm here let me say  Laola  "HaPpY HoLiDaYs" to you all"  Laola

It's just the wife and me and two Labradors. We don't decorate an indoor tree. All of our children and grandchildren are across the country or in Australia so we forgo the unpacking, decorating, repacking and storing.

On the other hand, I kind of miss it sometimes. Mostly when we visit someone who has children around.

It's all about that moment when metal that hasn't seen the light of day for generations frees itself from the soil and presents itself to me.

Everything to do with Christmas is nice, But Sometimes Togetherness is all we need and fond thoughts of other closes the Miles and Skype etc makes it easier.
