John - back in the 70s when my folks built there cabin they paid a drill team lots of money to drill 4 holes and no water then hired this dowsing guy for $100 he came out told my Dad where to dig told him if they did not hit water before 200 feet he would pay for all 5 holes dug at 150+ they hit water.
So yeah i believe it has a use esp for finding water , just not sure about the rest of it.  Huh?

That little JD is fantastic, I want one. John

John doesnt John Deere have dealerships in your part of the world ??
the little gators here sell for around $ 4,000 mine is 2wd and is the smallest one JD makes - i have taken it threw the same woods etc as my atv 4 wheeler goes and so far it has never gotten stuck. we have had it for years now and hauled feed in it and gravel and bricks and anything else u can think of , i even have a rubber mat to go in the back to make the dump bed water proof so i can mix concrete in it , then use the dump bed to put it right where i need it.  I know i have probably said this already but its the most versatile vehicle we have ever owned , and it fits in a standard 4x8' pick up truck bed. that little gatar can climb a hill too. and with the turf tires it doesnt tear up the ground u can actually swap out the dump bed for a golf cart tail and take it golfing if u so desired. Chk into it see if u can find one !!

well karl, if the boys at BP can"t help a countryman out, then we could keep it here for john,it could be incentive for a trip over the pond,or an escape from the wife when she finds out he"s been bragging about her knickers, apple catchers !!!!.....gimp
