Yeah, GD is definitely more the Marvin Gaye, Michael Bolton demographic.  Wink


sorry for hijacking your thread, tommyb, but as Homefire and GD pointed out, there isn't near enough lead in lead crystal to get picked up by the detector.   (Try it on some one's fine wedding crystal or on a pendant from an old crystal chandelier (those are pretty easy to come by).
