GD, there you go again with your Electronic Engineer ego trip again.

At least I am worthy of having an ego. You are bereft of morals taking money for junk.

Careful GD, you are allowing unjustified  prejudice to dominate rational thinking.

I'll try to make it easy for you to understand with two honest questions.

Do you agree with me that Chemical elements can be discriminated by frequency?  If you do, then that is your first of two simple steps in learning how LRL's work. If you don't agree, your case is hopless and I need not waste my time to help you understand and I will place you on "Ignore."   Dell

Agree? What the heck is wrong with you, Dell? Your question makes absolutely no sense at all. Discriminated? What does that even mean to you?

Gas chromatography can be used to determine the makeup of a sample. Not DISCRIMINATE. Determine. Your lack of understanding makes it a joke for you to tell ANYONE that you understand more than they do. That being said, the principals and physics being used there cannot be put into a hand held device to do anything at all. You'd need a tractor to pull one along.

Move along, Dell. You're outclassed here.

GD, we can all  see, according to your reply, that you have absolutely no field experience on this subject.

Not having a formal education myself, I am compelled to rely on  those technically versed in the subject to obtain my information and then apply it to a field application to better aid me in my surveys for the determination of precious metals under the soil and water. Hence, Frequency Discrimination, and Harmonic Induction methods serve that purpose.

According to what I read in the periodic table of Chemical Elements, and am informed by those in electronics who are apparently more knowledgeable than you, is that each Chemical element has it's own resonate Frequency, and a set of sub frequencies that can be calculated. I have to believe that they are correct, because what they say proves out, in ground truthing.

Since you  believe that you already know evberything there is to know and can't  agree with the application of Frequency to Discriminate to Specific chemical elements, I can't help you to understand.

There is nothing more I can say to you to relieve your prejudice. I'm placing you on Ignore, and you can continue your Bully tactics, and name calling, without my audience.

I wish you the best of the holidays.   Dell   Sad

LOL so when will we be getting a good LRL schematic to play with? you know one that wont work but you still build it just to make sure?

Here's one of my favorite Dell circuits. Seriously, Dell sold this as part of an LRL. The punch line is, it's not Dell's fault, it's someone else's fault.

Dell, If these things have their own frequancy the why cant a detector be made to do this and why have none of the big companies made such a devise,
I would of thought they would make more money by doing so,
but remembering that even the most powerful detectors can pick things up around 30ft or so

Hmmmmmmm!    Looks Remarkably like a Relay set up as a Clicker kinda thing.  Buzzer.

Must use Harmonically Coupled Inductance setting up a Sympathetic Resonance in the Target detected by the Interference Pattern show on a O-Scope?

Crap!   I bet I just gave him Ideas! Shocked
