Depending on the size of the bath really I run mine of a 12v battery but 5v is quite enough, you can even use a cell phone charger just as long as you have the chemical reaction you're OK

You'll need some ultrasonic transducers for one then a frequency generator and then a stainless steel bath, this should get you started.
