I seem to have much better hunting on Lake Michigan than Florida's Treasure Coast.  After doing this for just over a year, and reading everything that I can about detector's, I decided that my factory preset ground balance might be the problem.  I've been to Florida twice in that year, and have only found coins on dry sand.  As soon as I tried the salty wet stuff, I would have to decrease sensitivity.  Just purchased Omega 8000 at great price and hope that it will increase my chances.
