hello, due [funny]l field is a metal detector made by whites.seeing this is beach and shallow water forum thats where i found it

Hi Snooksion

The Ring looks a great find, the whites you use is it a specialist machine for water or an all under ?

I am also new  and have not bought a detector yet, still undecided on what to buy... leaning towards a whites XLT - but I have not thought about water searches, being from the UK i am surrounded by the Sea - but with such a large tidal movement (3rd largest in the world)
not sure if water would be benificial or not - never even thought about it till read your post and saw your find !!!
