Well, I'm not 100& certain but the first sword might be of German origin. As Germany had supplied swords to Japan for some time back in the begining of world war 2 and the begining of the 20th century it might date back to that time and have been brought to the Philippines by a Japanese soldier. German military used to train the Japanese in military tactics at that time.

Unfortunately the Katana is a modern made one from China. But I'm sure there are still some old ones from the 2nd World War to be found in the Philippines!
